We offer exchanges or store credit on damaged items only, within 10 days from the date you receive your order. We provide shipping information/delivery information on ALL orders. We do not offer refunds. Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale and/or Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.
Personalized and/or customized items are not eligible for exchange or return. We work very closely with our customer (you) to make sure we are creating a piece that pleases you. The final product is not completed until we have your approval. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if you have a problem. We will do our best to accommodate your request!!
Items being returned must be unworn and unwashed. Any items that are visually inspected to be worn or laundered will be rejected and you will be contacted about the condition of the item you returned. We will either donate your return to a local charity of our choice, or return to you at your expense. We take great pride in our workmanship of the items we offer, and only deliver boutique quality products to our customers.
If you receive a damaged item:
You will need to email us within 5 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s). Please send an email and picture of damage to email@example.com. We will not accept any damaged claims after 10 calendar days from the date you receive it, given that you have notified us via email within 5 days. Because of the usps.com mailing delays, we will consider received returns on a case by case basis.
We do not guarantee items for shrinking, fit, look, aesthetics, etc. Care instructions are sent with your order. No exceptions will be made. We take extraordinary steps to ensure you are well informed of sizes, drape, coverage, etc. We realize that no two individuals are identical. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions about sizing. We use luxury, boutique quality raw materials in constructing our products. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 10 day calendar period or they will be rejected once they are received.
Log into your account
Locate the order # for the item you want to return. Print off your order and order # and include in your return package. Or you may include your original packing slip.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The damaged item(s) MUST be returned within the 10 day policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable in cash, but we will give you a store credit at www.thebohodiva.com for the full cost of shipping the damaged item(s) back to us.
Please keep in mind that if you want an exchange and the product does not have any defect, you have to cover the costs of shipping the original item back to us and the new exchange item to you.

You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Most orders are made to order. If you decide to cancel your order and ask for a refund, it is important to know that if you cancel after 24 hours from the moment your order was accepted, we are going to charge 20% out of the total order value to cover processing costs.
We are a small business, a very small business that makes, pretty much, all of our order to order. We typically do not make your purchased item until you order it!! With that said, we are making your item specifically for YOU!! Our time is limited and we handle all aspects of www.thebohodiva.com ourselves, while working outside full-time jobs.
